The cow division is managed by Clay and Mary  and their three children Katy, Betsy and James.  It is a full time job keeping the cows on  fresh pastures and keeping them near water.  Of course the cows are a good way to keep good horses coming along.  While moving cows we can put a lot of miles on young horses training and evaluating them.  The branding and sorting pen is yet another great opportunity to train and evaluate each horses potential.

With having ranch kids we also have 4H projects.  Katy successfully raises and markets her hogs.  And Betsy has her own registered Suffolk sheep flock.  James is still deciding what direction he would like to go when he is in 4H.  But all the kids have a terrific foundation in ranch life and are motivated, hard workers.  I am sure that they will succeed in any field they chose!
