We are looking for a horse trainor/cowboy to work on our ranch in Butte Valley Nevada.  We are remotely located in the high desert of north eastern Nevada.  We are in a great location for wildlife with plenty of room to ride. We appreciate the old buckaroo lifestyle.  We work hard and expect the same of our help.  Wimps need not apply.   We are approximately 100 miles south east of Elko Nevada and 80 miles north west of Ely Nevada.  Note:  A lot of gravel roads. 

The best candidate for the job needs to be disciplined, a self starter, honest, willing to take direction and not afraid of a remote location.  We are willing to train the right person who has experience working with young, untrained horses.  We can teach the methods and styles that we have found to put a good start on a horse.   The job duties include, but are not limited to, starting  young horses in the round corral; ground work; saddling and putting first ride on young horses; riding horses "outside"; gathering, moving and branding cows/calves.  

Housing is available.  Wages to be discussed after candidate demonstrates desire for position.  Serious inquires please!
