The sheep division is managed by Wade and Molly West and their daughter Jamie.  We run several bands of commercial, white face ewes.  Raising and managing a sheep outfit is highly labor intensive, but is part of our diversification plan.  Wade manages the Peruvian sheep herders and tends camps daily.  Among many other daily tasks.  They lamb in sheds in the spring and cover a lot of range, both BLM leases and private. 

We are a family ranch which means that each division helps out the other partners as needed.  Wade, Molly and Jamie play a large part in the horses and cattle.  We couldn't do this without each other. 

In order to keep ahead of the predators Wade and Molly also raise Ak Bash, Anatolian and Great Pyrenees guard dogs.  They also raise herding dogs, mainly Border Collies. 

Look for the double u brand in arenas, branding pens and on the range near you!
